Its never ends!
Production made to the game "It never ends!".
Game produced for the module Game Craft in my Master’s. It was supposed to create a game applying the learnings from the module, such as fun core, polishing, teamwork, document organization, newness, originality and much more.
I was responsible for lead the project and the meetings, organize documents, claim for results, follow up the team and deliveries of each milestones, cut off new features based on time management and human resources, try to ensure the final quality and other. Also, I helped with some game design questions, as helped the game designer in charge how to better organize the documentation and how to think about minimum details about the game.

Learnings
After this work, I felt I have improved my producer but oriented for games. I worked for the first time almost remote with the team. I also improved my methodology to deal with the team, how to communicate better and how to register everything.
Problems faced?
The communication with the team and the final deliveries was a question. The team had a different view of teamwork, commitment, and communication that I was used at. The caused some issues in the project. Since it was not a paid work but a master’s job, I have to find ways to have the commitment from the group.
Solutions?
I made research about how to manage people and different forms to communicate and claim for results. I also tried to talk to them and be sincere about the situation and how many opportunities we could be missing not doing this in a certain way. Also, I tried another strategies as give them tasks and deadlines, as well as be clear about the outputs, and let them free to manage themselves. It worked.
